Lepidolite Crystal Owl Carving

A lovely large owl Carving, made from lepidolite.
Lepidolite is made from mica which is high in lithium - because of this it is thought to be a good piece for people who suffer from mental health difficulties. It's said to help stabilise emotions and find balance.
Others say this stone helps with memory loss and stress related issues - easing tension.
I personally use lepidolite for sleep - I place it beside my bed to relieve exhaustion and bring a peaceful night's sleep.
I think this piece would be perfect on a bedside table, especially because owls are associated with the night.
