December is here! Can you believe it?

And with the first of every calendar month there is a little ancient tradition that is still practiced amongst many pagans today - blowing cinnamon through your front door.  

On the first of each month step outside your home and face your open front door. Place a teaspoon of cinnamon in your hand. Personally, I like to use my left hand, as it is the receiving hand and this little ritual is all about receiving. Close your eyes and make a wish for abundance, luck or prosperity. As you blow the powder through your door imagine these things flowing into your life.  

It's as simple as that. Inviting magick into your daily life doesn't have to be fancy. Just a brief moment of choosing to welcome enchantment 🌿✨
